Sage is an excellent tonic when used as a beverage. In gastronomy it is used to accompany vegetables and white meat.

BREWING INSTRUCTION: Pour the water into a saucepan and heat the water to just before boiling. Add one tablespoon of tea to the saucepan for each cup of brew, cover and steep for 7-8mins depending on desired strength. Strain into your cup and enjoy!
