The bronze wire drawning and dehydration at controlled temperatures make this pasta extremely rough and porous, therefore perfect with every type of condiment and with a perfect cooking hold. Probios’ whole wheat pasta is high in fibers. Lasagna, which are egg-free, can be used without preecoking them, placing them in the baking tray with a liquid condiment and baking them at 18°C for 4 minutes. You can also previously boil them with salted water for 1-11 minutes.
