These exceptional conserves are obtained from pure organic fresh fruit, without any other ingredient. The farm is located between Valdorcia and Valdichiana, southern Tuscany, and it uses only seasonal fruits worked at the harvest. The biggest part of the fruits comes to this farm that cultivates original and traditional fruits of this land. These conserves are cooked on direct fire, as tradition asks, putting the fruits in big pots. It is therefore not necessary to add pectin, while slow cooking gives the conserves the right thickness.
