It is traditionally used to prepare the miso soup.

USER TIPS : There may be a white coating on the seaweed: this is a completely natural phenomenon due to the presence of naturally occurring salts. This product is naturally high in iodine. We recommend using this product in small quantities and sporadically, for example: 1 g dried seaweed per week, per person. Rehydrated and cooked for 5 minutes: as a side dish for entrées. Rehydrated and added as an ingredient for: soups, stews, croquettes, omelettes, pasta, rice, couscous. Excellent for preparing miso soup. To rehydrate: 1) Soak in water for 10 minutes. 2) Drain and eliminate excess water. 3) Soak in fresh water for 10 minutes. 4) Drain and eliminate excess water. 5) The weight of the seaweed increases tenfold.
