What is 7 Days Replacement Guarantee?
All products sold in True Beauty can be replaced under 7 Day Replacement Guarantee Policy. You have to inform us about the problems like fitting issues, damages or defects, within 7 days from the date of delivery. We will provide a replacement against the issued product or refund your money.
How do I get a replacement of the defective product?
You need to contact Customer Care Service via email at email@example.com or call us at 9200 05844 to return or get a replacement for the defective product. Customers have to contact within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product will be recalled and a replacement will be shipped to the provided address or money will be refunded. Each customer is limited to 25 returns only, in his lifetime membership.
Return should happen if:
- Product is damaged.
- Product description is not the same as per the delivery.
- Product delivered is wrong.
The following products shall not be eligible for return or replacement
- Product exhibiting physical damage to the box or to the product itself.
- Product that has been washed.
- Product that is not in its original condition.
- Product returned devoid of all original packaging and accessories that includes retail box and all other items originally included with product at the time of delivery.
- Product without an official and comprehensible serial number, including but not limited to product with missing, tampered, altered, damaged or otherwise unreadable serial number.
How do I cancel an order on True Beauty?
- If you are cancelling a product before shipping, we will refund the entire amount.
- f you are cancelling a product after shipping but it is not yet delivered, then inform Customer Care Service.

What is the procedure to return a purchased product to True Beauty?
Any kind of product return has to be initiated through customer care department or via return form sent at firstname.lastname@example.org. If you have any queries please feel free to contact us, we will be happy to help you.
- Please enter all the details in the return form that comes with your order.
- Please add all the original contents, certificates and materials that have arrived with the shipment. Make sure the packet is properly sealed
- Please send the return shipment back to our warehouse at the address : True Beauty Trading Company

- Please contact our Customer Care before sending the shipment back to us, if your product has been damaged in-transit. Our representative will guide you in preparing the return shipment. You will be reimbursed for returning the damaged product only if you have the courier receipt.
How will I be refunded for the return?
You will be refunded the amount only after our Quality Control Team inspects the returned product at the warehouse. Upon successful return, you will be refunded the amount of returned product(s). Payment made online via credit card, debit card, or net banking will be credited back to your account. We can even give you a Gift Voucher or a cheque of equivalent amount upon request.
